Description:
Serial #118443, .243 Win., 20 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a pre-'64 short action rifle with the standard 20" barrel (made from 1962 – 1963; 22" in 1964). The rifle retains 95-97% of the original blue finish with just a few minor spots of silvering at the muzzle and a couple of the high edges. The pistol-grip stock is likewise in excellent condition with only some scattered handling marks and minor blemishes marring the original satin varnish finish. The rifle is equipped with the factory iron sights, QD sling swivels, and has a Tasco 3 – 12x 52 scope with duplex reticle installed. This is a handy rifle, in a useful medium game chambering, and was only made in this configuration for two years. FFL or C&R
