Description:
Civil War 58 cal. Trenton N.J. musket in very good plus near fine condition. Lockplate marked U.S. Trenton with eagle and 1863 date. Barrel is smooth and clean with sharp breech markings, V P eagle head, N J, and 1863. Original ramrod is in very good Cond. Buttplate and trigger guard are cleaned with some light pitting.Stock is near fine with cartouche on left side but not real sharp. Bayonet is very good. Overall this is a great looking gun that most dealers would have in the $2200 plus range. Call if you have questions.
