Up for sale is a very unique Shiloh that is uncatalogued in their listed configurations. This is a more recent "B" series production; serial number 01XXB which puts it around 2013 production. Upon inspection of this rifle, there is zero wear to the bore, action block, firing pin and transfer bar indicating that this rifle has remained virtually untouched since it left the factory. The rifle's physical make-up is: * Caliber 45-2.1" aka 45-70 standard grease-groove chamber * 30 inch matte barrel in the standard half octagon contour * Fancy grade walnut with standard grade finish. * Schnabel on forend and pistol grip * Shadow line cheek piece with high roll-over comb for off-hand shooting * Double set triggers * Standard color case hardening in the action and the Swiss style stock hook * MVA #113 spirit level globe front with MVA rear sight base. (Sight staff not included) The original owner paid nearly 6K for the rifle alone when ordered. I'm asking $4300 and that includes the sight and shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 once funds clear.
