Metal Condition: Full patina to receiver and sights. Barrel reblued long ago, showing some fading. The nickeled butt-plate and forend cap are like new.
Wood Condition: Very good original wood, but reworked, sanded and lacquer finished with a gloss shine and recut checkering. Metal is a bit proud over wood.
Bore Condition: Good with some shine and good lands and grooves.
Barrels: 30" half round, half octagon.
Triggers: Single.
Stock: Walnut, checkered, half pistol grip.
Stock Dimensions:
14" Length of pull.
Fore End: Walnut, checkered with nickeled metal cap.
Butt Pad: Schuetzen, nickeled, butt plate
Weight: 9 1/2 Lbs.
Sights: Front Beach sight combination and a tang mounted, vernier rear sight with elevation adjustable peep.
