Description:
Model 1881 in 40-60 - Marlin, 24" OCT BBL with an excellent bore and 3/4 MAG. Very nice figured American black walnut. Pistol grip stock with factory checkering and double set triggers. Case color on the lever. Nose cap and crescent butt plate. A fine "all original" Marlin with great special order options. MFG in 1887 Photo #3 shows small splinter of wood missing and 1 1/2" hairline crack on forearm. (Antique - no FFL required)
