Description:
Browning Model Grade II BAR Cal .338 Win Mag. Made in Belgium in 1969. This rifle features a ramp beaded blade front sight with a hood, and a flip up rear express sight. The receiver is mounted with a Bushnell wide angle 3x-12x50mm waterproof scope on a solid mount. The receiver sides have a light factory scroll engraving with a Bear head on the right side and a Ram on the left. The trigger guard is similarly engraved with a flourish of the simple scroll. It has a multi-point checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with sling swivel studs and a solid Browning recoil pad. This gun is excellent overall with excellent original deep blue finish and the wood is also excellent with attractive grain and sharp checkering. The barrel is marked with the caliber .338 Win Mag only and directly below that are the words patent pending. Serial # 02571M69 The rifle is featured in the original Browning factory case. There are no tears or scuffs that I can find and it even has the keys to the locks with it. Shipping and insurance to the FFL of your choice in the continental US will be $45.
