Up for sale today is a US Harrington & Richardson M1 Garand serial no. 5562525 chambered in caliber .30-06. This excellent Letterkenny Army Depot rebuild has excellent finish on both the wood and metal parts, a mint bore, a barrel date of “SA 1-65,” a throat erosion reading of 2 and a muzzle wear reading of 1. The receiver leg is marked “LEAD 5-65.” An outstanding shooter and a great piece of history as well.
