Description: Early twin bolt Sterling grade Sgl bbl trap that has been refinished at some point. Straight grip 13-5/8" LOP over decelerator pad. 32" bbl, mirror bore with minor pitting, twin beads. Lever to right of center, tight. Small chip has been reattached to fore end (shown). Walnut dowel has been placed at the weakest portion of the grip, a precautionary item? Doesn't detract from overall good appearance. Some blue wear from carry on bottom of action. Presents very well and shoots same. DOB around 1912. These are well built solid performers with a intriguing history. Also have early complete action in good condition. Price includes shipping to the lower 48 to the FFL or C&R of your choice.
