Description:
Unusual Cape gun as to caliber and mechanism, of good quality and in very tight condition. 27 1/2" nitro proofed steel barrels with extractors, excellent bores, left 28ga x 2 5/8" choked 550/530 tight mod, right marked 5,4 over 35mm which makes it a 5.6 x 35R Vierling, adorned with one fixed and one folding blade sight on a matted rib. Gun has a removable hinge pin for takedown and is tight. Snap action with cocking indicators, mechanism appears to be accessed via the top tang. Front trigger is adjustable. Well figured wood has sharp checkering, horn grip cap and buttplate, with light usage marks and bruises but sound. LOP 13 1/4", drops 1 5/8" and 2 3/4", 1/4 cast off. Sling swivels intact. Action adorned with well-executed game scenes. Stout at 7lb.
