Description:
Very Early Ithaca SKB 600 Skeet Set. 20 Ga., 28 Ga. & 410 Ga. Serial # is the standfard 660 Prefix with a group of zero's and the last two numbers 38. My brother and I used to shoot these guns for Ithaca Quality Control back when they were first introduced in 1987. We shot them until they turned red and broke. Fortunately, they never did fail but did get so hot one couldn't handle them. This is the earliest Skeet set I have ever encountered. The gun is in " Like New " Condition with a couple of very minor handling marks on the buttstock ( Nothing Major ). It has been used sparingly and shows wear on the face of the receiver where the barrels have been changed with the different guages. The Blue is 99% and the Wood has lovely figure. Barrels are 28" Long. In the Original Hardcase with some literature in the small compartment. A nice find for the avid multi-guage Skeet Shooter. Bores are mint of course. FFL Required unless a Florida Resident with a Conceal Carry Permit. Thanks for Looking.
