Personal Check with hold Description: This is a nice used Civil War , Remington "OLD ARMY", Model 1861 .44 caliber Revolver. Has an 8" barrel with a strong bore. Serial number is #5306. Only, approx. 6000 of this model were manufactured and issued to the troops. The metal is all ,smooth to the touch, blue/brown patina. The walnut grip panels are solid. The left grip panel shows nice "Cartouche" . Right panel has small loss on bottom edge.Martially marked with inspector stamps.
