Description:
For sale is a 1952 Savage 99 EG chambered in .300 Savage. It has a 24 inch blued barrel with bright and shiny bore. The bluing is very good with some wear on the sharp edges. Case hardened lever with the safety/lock on the lever. This gun has the 5 shot rotary magazine. The rifle comes with a steel Weaver K4, 4 power scope and a Williams side mount. This combination allows for using both the scope and open sights. The scope is in excellent condition and is bright and clear with fine cross hairs. The walnut forend and pistol grip buttstock are in very good condition with checkering on both the fore arm and pistol grip. There are a couple light dings in the stock, see pictures. It has not been drilled for sling swivels. This gun is from a private collection. Will ship to your FFL. Shipping and insurance is $50.00. Payment by postal money order.
