This is a very nice Remington Rider Double Action New Model Belt Pistol. It is .36 caliber percussion. 6.5" barrel with an ecellent bore with strong rifling. Blued finish, case colored hammer, brass triggerguard and octagon barrel. Very early Double Action,Only, six shot revolver. Action is strong and works like it should. Barrel retains approx. 50% of bright blue. Very sharp edges and legends. Traces of silver plate on trigger guard and trace of color on hammer. Walnut Grips are excellent.
