Description:
Saginaw (S.G.) M1 Carbine serial number 1822258 placing date of manufacture in 07/1943. Overall condition is excellent with 95+% of the original factory finish toned to a nice even green patina. The Barrel is a Buffalo Arms Barrel dated 07/1943,(buffalo arms supplied barrels for most manufacuture, when needed). The bore is perfect, bright and shiny from breech to muzzle. The bore is void of any damage. Mechanically perfect action. Correct Inland Stock. The stock is a very early "High Wood" Inland stock also correct for this serial number range.
