CHINESE TYPE 53 MOSIN NAGANT CARBINE 7.65X54R WITH FOLDING BAYONET, CIRCA 1960. Serial number "D9XXX" under "26" in triangle(Chongqing Arsenal). Stock numbered to receiver. Stock with some termite damage(sound) at butt but never been sanded or cleaned. Some surface rust should clean to nil. Missmatched bolt. Some pitting in recesses but never been refinished(Battlefield pick-up?). Original folding bayonet. Original sights. Despite outside appearance has excellent bore and rifling. Should cleanup nicely for a shooter or collection. Just needs some TLC and elbow grease.
