Description:
CZ Model 27. this is an early WW-2 gun with the high polish blue finish.Gun shows some wear on the high edges and at the muzzle. there is some light freckeling on the slide but is barely noticable.(this probably from years of storage in its original holster). Overall finish is probably 80/85%. One piece Bakelite grips are CZ marked and are in perfect condition. Straw color on the trigger is nice. Gun is marked "BOMISCHE WAFFENFABRIK A.G.IN PRAG' on top of the slide along with the ser.#53104. Left side of the slide is marked Pistole Modell 27 Kal 7.65. Left side of the frame is also marked with the matching ser.# 53104. Original 9rd magazine is marked on the bottom P.Mod 27. German proof marks on the right side of the frame as well as on the chamber of the barrel.Original holster is marked P.Mod.27 on the back as well as the date 1942 and again the Nazi proof mark. Holster is well worn The rear sight has worn a hole thru the leather. Stitching is in tact. It is solid, soft, but shows its age.(over 75 years old) .There is no spare magazine in the mag pouch on the holster.Owners name is still visible on the inside of the flap. It is even in its condition a valuable addition to this unique gun. These early CZs show a high quality of fit and finish, were very well made, and offer the collector a unique opportunity to have a gun with WW-2 Nazi history that is still be shot and enjoyed. Quality WW-2 era guns continue to appreciate in value and guns like this CZ offer the beginning collector a chance to own a fine piece of history at a reasonable price.
