This Colt was produced in 1924. The Colt's serial number is 444242. This was one of the last years of the hard rubber grips. After that the wood grips were used. The hard rubber grips are in fine condition with no cracks or damage. The barrel is in almost new condition. The action is smooth with a nice trigger release. The original bluing would rate a 98% condition. The box is serial numbered to this pistol. The box itself is in relic condition, having been repaired with tape. There is no papers with this box. The magazine is an original Colt two tone magazine that is correct for the time period of this Colt. This is certainly a high quality condition pistol for the Colt collector to take seriously!
