*** SOLD *** Handsome G. Janda 16 gauge double with beautiful engraving and faded residual case coloring. Weight is 6lb 4oz.Boxlock action with double triggers, sideclips, internal crossbolt, and cocking indicators on the top strap, and extractors. *** The 28-3/4” barrels are made of Krupp steel and chambered for 2-9/16” shotshells. They are topped by a solid crosshatched rib. The rib is inscribed “G. Janda Praha” in gold. The bores are shiny and are choked Modified and Full. The bluing has a nice patina but there is a small amount of freckling on the right barrel near the breech end. *** The pistol grip stock and splinter forearm are made of nicely figured tiger stripe walnut. In true Germanic style the stock has a cheekpiece on the left side and a horn pistol grip cap. There is a scuff mark on the pistol grip stock. Stock dimensions are 14-3/8” over a 1/2” rubber pad by 1-3/8” by 2-3/8”. *** I am an FFL and will need a signed copy of your dealer’s FFL. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and any other related charges. I give a 3-day non-firing inspection period and will only accept returns at buyer’s expense if the gun is not as described in the listing.
