Colt Government Model Commercial circa 1968
Our Florida customer has placed this Colt Government Model Commercial with us for sale. The 45 Auto bears serial # 321486C and is in remarkably good condition. It has had a trigger shoe added at some point. A quality reblue of teh slide was accomplished some time ago. There is an area on the right side of the slide that has a blemish. Barrel and non Colt
flat spring housing of the grip are in excellent condition showing little use. Front of grip/frame shows a minute amount of thinning. The slide blemish is likely the result of improper storage at some point. Nice walnut grips with gold tone rampant Colt medallion. You can enhance your Colt collection and still shoot this one if you just exercise normal care in cleaning and keeping.
