Description:
Very good plus condition 1816 common rifle with Derringer lock. Conract with Derringer was small and this is a good survivor. Lock and barrel date of 1841 match. Patchbox and action function properly. Believe it may have been put back to flint. Hard to tell. It will take someone better than me to know if it was reconverted. Cartouche is visible and wood is overall very nice. Brown barrel and metal overall on gun. Has correct brass tipped ramrod. Very nice early warrior.
