Description:
This is an original Ithaca Model 37 built in 1950. This shotgun has a 22” vent rib barrel with a permanently affixed external choke. The external choke is XFC (extra full) and 5-½” long, which brings the barrel length to 27-½”. The bore is good and the finish is good, with some discoloration where the choke was attached. It also comes with a 20” cutdown barrel. This barrel has a decent bore and some small rust spots on the finish. Both barrels chamber 2-¾” shells and have bead front sights. Either side of the receiver is engraved with waterfowl hunting scenes and some small dings. The wood buttstock is in good condition, with checkering at the wrist. The length of pull is 14” and the overall length is 48” or 40-½” depending on the barrel. Our stock number is #A241. Will ship anywhere in the USA to your FFL, buyer pays freight and insurance.
