Description:
Offered is an excellent Colt New Service .45 Colt that was made in 1913 and has the 5 1/2” length barrel. This is the time period that the New Service had the high luster blue and fire blue hammer, trigger and screws. The gun still retains most of this beautiful finish along with the original hard rubber grips that remain in excellent condition and without any chips or cracks. The cylinder has just a slight turn line and the only marks or wear is some light muzzle wear, a little light wear on the top of the receiver, thinning on the backstop from holding the gun and some marks on the right side of the receiver. The gun is mechanically perfect and locks up tight along with an excellent bore. A nice early collectible New Service that remains all original. I offer a three day non-firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped via FedEx Air with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
