Description:
Cal 40-65. 26" round bbl, full length mag tube and crescent butt. Sights include a dovetail front sight and sporting rear sight with homemade elevator. Shiny bore with light roughness throughout. Bbl and mag tube are blue/brown thinning somewhat. Case colored receiver is mostly silver with brown freckling. Wood shows wear with several dents, scratches and chips that are missing on the right side of the tangs.This gun comes with a Research Form from the Cody Museum showing original configuration.
