Description:
NOTE: Includes 30 day money back guarantee

This Abel combo sold for about $550 when I bought it. ABEL is world class highest quality fly fishing reels and gear.  Extremely limited use, maybe 6 days of use tucked in my fly fishing bag (not exposed directly to the salt air, although that is precisely what these are designed for, and they work just as well on freshwater fishing too.  The pliers are made of CNC'd polished aluminum and are for taking the fly or hook out of the fishes mouth plus whatever you would use a pair of fishing pliers for. The knife handle is the same material and the blade is 154-CM, which is a chrome-moly stainless steel. Yes, you can have chrome moly and stainless steel in the same alloy, albiet it is a more expensive steel to have that. However, if you are familiar with Abel's fly fishing reels and equipment, then you already know this is the Lamborghini of fly fishing gear. And this is no exaggeration.

Go to the following link:  ://abelreels/           which is the Abel Reels official , and this will pull up these pliers, then click on the 8th square shaped color icon, which is a light color and these pliers with this finish will show up. They sell for $350 including the $80 sheath. The only difference between my pliers and these are machined cutouts that change from time to time. I like mine better.   If you click on the other color square icons, they are of fish patterns such as rainbow trout colors or dorado/wahoo or sailfish colorations and these are at an extra cost totalling $500.  What happens if you pay all that money and one day get tired of the rainbow trout color pattern?  The polished aluminum ones I have are less expensive, color neutral, hold their finish better, and you'll never get tired of them.  I hate to see these go because I always buy top quality gear and these plier and knife combo are exceptional.  All I can say is, you will thoroughly enjoy making use of them, and that they will last. Abel never skimps on quality, all their products are true world class quality.
