I have a very nice IMO Arisaka Type 38 carbine. The arsenal mark is for Mukden Arsenal, early production with no series mark before the serial number. Not all numbers match but everything is corret. The pictures should speak for themselves though.and I can provide pictures if you have a question. Barrel and action are very good. The rifle is for sell in my business as well and will be removed if it sells there. I take USPS money orders, CC with a 3% fee.
