Description:
This is a fantastic condition Rogers & Spencer 44 caliber 6 shot percussion revolver. This is serial number 2200 and is all matching numbers. It retains over 80% blue and case colors. It has the nice military inspector stamp on the left grip. The right grip has on nick on the butt. The mechanical function is, crisp and tight. The bore is very good bright and shiny but does have some small spots of corrosion. These were a late Civil War contract for 5000, and were delivered by Sept. 1865.
