Description:
Read below for the history and more understanding of what this painting really is.  I will let it go fo $400. the last one I saw for sale online , just the print was $350 about 5-6 years ago.  The museum quality frame is that much or more.  This has Pappy Boyington's plane, his picture in his flight jacket and genunie signature.   An art dealer has one like this for sale for over $1400 and those prints were not the high quality this one is.  Boyington was/is America's top fighter pilot ace with 28 confirmed kills in WW2, all against Japanese Enemy Fighter Planes.  Simply put, I am letting this go at a great price because I am working on a home loan and this goes to down payment. You're really getting a deal here. Even if you live in a very expensive million$$ home, this framed painting is classy enough to put in any room in the house. So save a lot of money and help a veteran get a home, by getting this painting!

30 day money back guarantee. Will split the insured shipping with you to save money.

The value of these autographed prints skyrocketed in 1988 when America's top WW II fighter pilot, USMC's Gregory "Pappy" Boyington. passed away. This is #903 of 1,000 prints autographed by Pappy. There are two other prints of very limited number out there but the print quality is not nearly as good as this one, and while the planes are in the air in those prints, the plane is smaller in size and lacks the detail, depth of color, and contrast that this print has. It's so obvious you see it right away if you could compare the two.  This one shows the plane in much more detail  larger, size, and contrast.  It's the best print out there. An art retalier had one of the other prints , which had some damage  to the framed print, and they were selling it for $1400, online.  But this print is the superior print., And it has Pappy Boyington's real signature, not just a copy of his signature. You had to be at an air show where he was selling these and signing them as people bought them. I have had this since about 1980. There is some minor speckling going up and down the right margin of the print, but it is not bad. The color of the ground below the plane by chance matches with the minor speckling in the right margin, so you really don't even notice it. It's probably not even worth mentioning here, but I did want to take the time to say that cause it exists.  The frame the print is in is a museum quality frame that matches the color of Major "Pappy" Boyington's plane. I am not greedy. I will sell this framed  print at a competitve price of $400. These prints are only 1,000 in number, and there was one that an art dealership had for sale online for over $1400, and it was not in the condition this one is in, and certainly not in this quality of frame. .I am just asking to get my money back out of it because I am in the middle of acquiring a home construction loan.
