Winchester Model 12 Pigeon Grade
Her finish was a bit tired but has been freshened up. Find the Model 12 Pigeon 12 gauge 30-inch barrel with full choke and Simmons vent rib. Shotgun bears serial # 1105495. Shotgun is tight at the union of the receiver and barrel. Actions is smooth no issues. The gun has been re-blued and there were a few pits when it was done. Some pitting on the exterior of the barrel near muzzle was blued over as well. Gun was likely stored in a muton leg type case. The wood is highly figured and likely original to the gun. Receiver has the “Duckbill” or “Shovel Head” rib and Winchester vent rip treatment, not Simmons. Large headed safety button. Red Winchester but pad and Winchester pistol grip cap. Again, she has a few use related blemishes but its still a desireable Pigeon grade Model 12.
