Description:
Winchester Model 21 SKEET, 16 gauge SxS shotgun. 26” barrels, solid rib choked WS-1 & WS-2. It has a beautifully figure straight grip stock with a 13 ¾” LOP over a “newer” Winchester solid red rubber 7/8” recoil pad; 1 ½” DAC and 1 15/16” DAH with neutral cast. Some time ago this gun was completely refinished and I don’t know if the wood and metal were refinished at the same time. Regardless, all of the metal has been reblued. A pretty good job was done with the polishing with the gun retaining sharp edges and good lettering. The wood was lightly sanded, taking the points off of the checkering and finish applied. The wood-to-metal fit is still excellent. Great bores. So what you have is a really great Model 21 “shooter”. 16 gauge, WS-1 & WS-2 chokes and 6 lbs. 12 oz. makes this a really great upland game gun.
