Marlin Firearms Model 39 .22 SLLR Carbine rifle. Model 39 with “S” prefix. Excellent bore. Action works perfectly and stocks are near excellent. Gun has approximately 40 % case colors. Barrel and magazine tube have 97% original blue. Gun has an adjustable folding Tang rear sight. Very fine early model 39. Note: Upper Tang has a star stamped on it indicating the gun was made with “extra finish”.
