Description:
.72 cal, NVSN, 7 3/4 inch barrel, brown finish, brass butt cap and barrel band, walnut stock, hole through butt of stock probably for "wrist thong", circa early 19th century.
Condition: smooth bore is dark, iron is dark brown with surface oxidation, brass is aged mustard color, jaw top and screw may be later replacements, very good mechanically, excellent marks.
