Description:
Winchester 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine in 25-20. This vintage 1917, sn# 834624, all original carbine is in very nice condition for a 100 yr old working gun. Carbine stock and forearm have the expected handling marks but both are crack free and have much of the original finish remaining. Original adjustable rear sight and intact saddle ring. Action is smooth and the bore is dark with good visible rifling. Almost all of the original finsh is gone and the steel has a consistant look. This is a nice one.
