This Winchester was produced in 1927. The rifle's serial number is 420701. This rifle is fitted witha 24 inch barrel. The rear sight is the Lyman side mounted adjustable sight. The front sight is the standard front sight. The original bluing would rate a 97% on the barrel. The reciever would rate a 90% condition. The bore is very sharp and bright. The stock and forend retain most of the original varnish. There is a set of old aftermarket sling swivels installed on the stock and forend. This Winchester is in nice condition and should appeal to the collector and shooter. The chambering is also a big plus for this model! Search for hlvfineguns on google for more details.
