This is a Smith and Wesson model 1913 Auto Pistol in Cal. 35 smith and wesson. 35 S&W is a unique cartridge similar but not interchangable with the 32 auto. This was S&Ws first atempt at an Automatic "pocket pistol" to compete with the Colt 1903s. Its success was somewhat limited. It does have unique features including the front grip safety, the recoil spring lockout, This Smith is in good condition retaining probably 60% fo its original blue,most of the wear at the muzzle end, grips are in good condition with gold medalions. bore is fair with some light pitting. (not that this is a gun to be shot often) Best feature is a box of original sears and Roebuck 35 smith and wesson ammo unopened. containing 25 rds.
