Description:
50% blue, poor bore, good stock, 24'' barrel , Marked on top of the round barrel with the two line address and patent dates 1878-1892, and on top of the upper receiver tang "MARLIN./MODEL '92." with original blued metal finish and mounted in walnut. The barrel is fitted with fixed sights. Crescent buttplate with tang, indicating manufacture before 1906. the metal finish shows wear and thinning overall, with scratches and surface rust spotting. The wood has smany minor dings and scuffs and there is a tiny hole drilled in the bottom of the stock. The bore has strong rifling however shows corrosion throughout. Mechanically fine.

Pre-1898 firearms and non-firearms items are exempt from licensing requirements. All items shipped to an Illinois address will be charged 8.75% sales tax. NOTE: Because of recent shipping restrictions and charges placed on us by UPS and FedEx (handguns must ship via next day or 2nd day air and they have added a $10 surcharge for parcels over 48”. Our return policy lasts a maximum of 3 days from the time you receive your item. If 3 days have passed since you received your purchase, and we have not been contacted by you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us by phone and/or email to arrange for a return. Items must be shipped back to us to arrive with 7 days of notification of return.
