Winchester Model 1885 (Winder Model) 22 Short U.S. Marked and Ordnance Department rollmark on the forward upper tang. Vintage 1919 sn# 131959. A fine example of this single shot rolling block rifle. Barrel is 28" long with an overall length of 43". Bore still retains some shine with strong visible rifling. Factory original Lyman rear sight. Condition is very good with a nice original deep blue finish. Stock is very good with original dull finish and a few small dings from storage handling, no cracks or chips.
