Saint Hubert Boxlock Ejector, 16 Gauge, 6 lbs. even, Paris retailer for this Belgian made and proved gun, 2 1/2" chambers, 27 1/2" barrels choked .004 Skeet and .010 Lt. Mod., machined concave game rib, Purdey hidden third bite, barrels engraved "Saint Hubert" and "Paris", scallop back boxlock action with fine acanthus scroll engraving that looks to be a 20 gauge size which would make it easier to get to 6 lbs. even weight, double triggers, straight grip, splinter forend with A&D push button release, long 15 1/4" LOP over a leather covered pad, 1 7/16" DAC, 2 1/8" DAH, 1/4" cast off. A nice pre-war Belgian made gun for the Paris retailer in excellent overall condition, about 50% original case colors remain, light handling marks in the wood from use, a few scratches and one small spot of blue missing on barrels. A nice long, but light 16 bird gun.
