Known for his creative Bulino style and fine chiseled metal engraving. This firearm is an early example of a Krieghoff K-80, having the upgrades put into place. The Krieghoff's of today, don't share the charisma that this firearm shows off. The receiver being one of a kind, the gold inlays are true to the species, life like. The left side showing a hound in pursuit of a hare, the right side, three mallards flying looking over a pond. The bottom side, a Timberdoodle falling out of the air after being fired at. A perfect Crown in gold at the top to accent the Grade of the receiver. The Crown Grade walnut compliments the receiver with style. This firearm carries a 30 inch flat rib Sporting Clays barrel; that has been Eyesterized by the late great Ken Eyester, who performed his magic on the barrel and competition chokes. This firearm would be a great addition to any firearm enthusiasts collection. A point of interest about the gun; the engravers initials are under the trigger guard G. F. B., at the time of the manufacturing of this beautiful shotgun Badillini was Krieghoff's Master Engraver and later went out on his own to do work for other manufacturers. For an aficionado of guns both Giamco F. Badillini and Kenneth Eyester have past on and a gun touched by these two masters will never be replicated. This shotgun exhibits the craftsmanship and art of the past with the ballistic expertise that is not found in today's technology but by the feel and patterning of a true genius. A firearm that will last a lifetime and can only be appreciated by a student of shooting, ( Churchill and Stanbury) fine art and history. A treasure to own in the truest sense of the word, and a firearm to be enjoyed, savored and passed on.
