This shotgun was produced in 1930. The Winchester's serial number is 611803. This gun has a 30 inch solid rib full choke barrel. The stock is in the English straight grip style. It has the black diamonds on each side of the wrist. The wood is very stunning with sharp checkering. The recoil pad is a red Winchester pad. The "Pull" is 14 inches. The checkered forend is the correct style for this time period. The stock has been professionally refinished a long time ago. The original barrel blue would rate a 97% overall condition. The original reciever blue would rate a 96% overall condition. The action is tight and works smoothly. The take down feature is tight with no play. The bore is bright and clean. This is a very nice condition early Model 12 with pretty wood. These Black Diamond Grades with solid ribs are highly collectable Shotguns! This shotgun is a nice example of these guns.
