The Colt Huntsman was made from 1955 to 1977, with a total production reaching over 100,000. The pistols were fitted with a 4 1/2 or 6 inch barrel, fixed sights, plastic grips to serial number 141094-C, walnut grips after, were blue finished and chambered in .22 LR.. The Huntsman is essentially the same pistol as the Woodsman, except does not have the hold open feature. This 1965 vintage pistol is as described and is fitted with a 6 inch barrel and checkered wood grips. It is in excellent original condition, retaining 99% of its original finish, with very minor thinning at the muzzle. The grips look like new, the bore is bright, and the action functions perfectly.
