Here we present an antique Hopkins & Allen XL No. 5 Revolver. This revolver was manufactured circa 1870s-80s and is chambered for 5 shots of .38 S&W.
The overall condition is fair. There are traces of the original nickel on the frame. The markings are worn. The original mother of pearl grips are in fair shape. There are small pieces missing on the right grip. Both the right and the left have cracks in the middle of the handle. The bore is good. The action in this revolver is functional but rough. Barrel has a little rotation. This revolver has been there and done that!
