*** SOLD *** SOLD *** 1918 Savage Model 1899 250-3000 caliber (serial # 203175) with 22" tapered lightweight take-down barrel with a shiny bore, made from 1914 to 1921. This 100 year old Savage remains in amazing shape with all matching serial numbered parts. It does have a 100 years worth of hunting and handling marks, but still not bad at all for it's age. It also has the full thread take-down barrel, unlike the quarter turn interrupted thread of the introduction version. This is the predecessor to the Model G Deluxe which was made from 1922 to 1941 in the 238,000 to 407,000 serial number range. If you would like to hunt with one of the early Savage classics, take a look at this rifle. $50 S&H to most of the lower 48. Eight far west states at $60 S&H. Post office money orders for payment.
