Description:
This little Belgian Baby Browning .25 Auto is as complete as you can get. It is serial number 166,101 which puts it's date of manufacture sometime early in 1958. It features a silver alloy frame with a nickel finished slide and factory checkered black plastic grips with the Browning name molded-in on each side. The nickel finish on the slide is in excellent shape overall with no chips or thinning of the finish. The slide only shows some very light handling marks as you can see in the pictures. These light marks may polish out if the new owner so chooses to try. The alloy frame is in excellent condition and is free from scratches or wear. The trigger has a factory gold finish that is in good shape other than a few small spots on either side from contact with the frame when pulled. The original factory grips are in like-new condition and show no wear or handling marks. The bore is minty and bright in this Belgian Baby .25. The rifling looks pristine and sharp, and there is no pitting or erosion. The internals of this gun appear spotless and the exterior of the barrel does not show any evidence of wear from firing. The follower in the magazine does not show any signs of being used either. It is quite possible that this gun was test fired at the factory only, or maybe the first owner fired a magazine thru it at most. This Baby Browning comes complete with the original serial numbered cardboard shipping sleeve, owner's manual, registration card, and the factory serial numbered black case/box. The display box/case is in excellent condition with perfect silver Browning lettering on the top and the molded red fuzzy insert, which also still has the factory wax paper inside and the embossed silver and black Browning display tag ".25 Automatic by Browning". If you have been looking for a investment worthy Baby Browning that is complete with all the box and extras here is your chance. It is not often that we get these nickel finish guns this nice and complete!
