Ruger model 77 heavy barrel varmint rifle in 220 Swift.Built in 1974,this rifle is in outstanding condition.It retains 98% of the original blue finish and 98%+ of the original wood finish.The 26" heavy contour barrel has a mint bore with sharp rifling.The wood is highly figured and is the red mahogany tint common the the early guns.The rifle has the early tang mounted safety and the original red Ruger pad.The rifle comes with an Unertl 10X scope installed.The scope is bright and clear and has a target reticle.Also included is the original Ruger box for the rifle.This rifle came out of a large collection and has been shot very little.A classic Ruger varmint rifle.
