Description:
22 Long Rifle; 80% blue, very good bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured in 1908. Marked on top of the barrel above the rear sight with the two lone address and patent dates followed by "MOD. 1890". The caliber diesignation is marked on top of the chamber "22 SHORT", however the rifle has been converted to 22 Long Rifle chambering. The upper tang is marked "WINCHESTER/TRADE MARK". The frame and trigger tang are marked with matching serial numbers. Original blue finish and mounted in a walnut stock. Fixed front sight and screw elevation adjustable rear sight marked with a patent date 1901. The metal finish shows light wear and thinning overall with sharp edge wear on the barrel and frame. The metal has some scattered minor spotting. The wood has minor dings and scratches. Complete with the original magazine tube. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL

Pre-1898 firearms and non-firearms items are exempt from licensing requirements. All items shipped to an Illinois address will be charged 8.75% sales tax. NOTE: Because of recent shipping restrictions and charges placed on us by UPS and FedEx (handguns must ship via next day or 2nd day air and they have added a $10 surcharge for parcels over 48”. Our return policy lasts a maximum of 3 days from the time you receive your item. If 3 days have passed since you received your purchase, and we have not been contacted by you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us by phone and/or email to arrange for a return. Items must be shipped back to us to arrive with 7 days of notification of return.
