*** SOLD *** Handsome Belgian Guild boxlock 28 bore with 28-3/4” side clipped barrels and a long 14-7/8” length of pull to a checkered butt. Beautiful case coloring on the frame, toplever and trigger guard. Excellent bluing on the barrels and a nice finish on the wood. Perfect for quail, grouse, woodcock, dove or clays. A magical wand in your hands. Gun is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Weighs 5lb 1oz. Easy to carry so you’re fresh when the birds start flying! *** The frame has 35 percent engraving coverage and full original vivid case coloring. It has a Kersten cross-bolt and sideclips. Top lever is well to the right. Has double triggers. There is a little wear to the case coloring on the trigger guard and perhaps the toplever --- the only places I could find. *** The 28-3/4” steel barrels have extractors and are topped by a raised solid hand cross hatched rib. The bores are shiny and are choked Full and Full so you can have them opened up to whatever chokes you prefer. *** The nicely figured European walnut stock has a swept back pistol grip and beavertail forearm which makes it easier to grip those small bore barrels. Stock dimensions are 14-7/8” to a checkered butt by 1-1/4” by 2-1/8”. Cast off for the right handed shooter. The finish is good and the checkering is crisp. There are just a few handling marks on the finish. *** High condition 28 bores with long barrels and a long length of pull are very hard to find. A very handsome double you will be proud to own. Great gun for game or clays. Don’t let it get away. *** I am an FFL and will need a signed copy of your dealer’s FFL. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and any other related charges.
