Here is a high condition 12 gauge double by Suhl, German Maker Schilling. Looks like a Prussian Daly action. Outstanding original case color at 90+% while damascus barrels looks to be 99% condition! The 30 5/8" damascus barrels have a black and white pattern with no pitts and mirror bores like the day they were made. Bores were proofed at 13/1 (.719) and measure - right at .724 with 16/1000 choke (Mod) and Left at .722 with 30/1000 choke (Full). Chambers measure 2 5/8". Sharp engraving. Well figured wood with clean lines. Extractors. Cocking indicators. Elegant narrow round action. Manual safety with "SINCHER" (SAFETY) in gold. Makers name buttplate with widows peak and engraved perfectly timed screws.
This is one of the highest original condition damascus barrel doubles I have ever seen.
