Payment Types Accepted: M/C, VISA, American Express and Discover Description: S&W 66-1 .357 Magnum Engraved Revolver Owned by a U.S. Marshal Desirable 2 ½” stainless snub with pinned barrel and recessed cylinder, custom engraved by master engraver Weldon Bledsoe. This Smith & Wesson revolver was once the property of Chief Deputy Tom Heatherly. This was his personal firearm while Chief Deputy in Dallas. Mr. Heatherly had a long and distinguished carreer in law enforcement. He entered the Texas Highway Patrol in 1956. He joined the Lubbock P.D. in 1961. In 1964 he became deputy Sheriff. He entered the U.S. Marshal's in 1967 and finished out his career with them. This revolver comes with a copy of a letter from Weldon Bledsoe, a master engraver from Fort Worth, Texas who studied under Cole Agee, listing the details of the gun and the work he did on it. The gun is in excellent condition and shows little, if any, wear. A beautiful and historic piece with true Texas lawman provenance.
