Description:
A very early A.H.Fox C grade 12 gauge.built in 1908,this gun has 32" Krupp steel barrels choked full (.038") and full (.038").It is in excellent condition,retaining traces of the original case colors and 95% of the original blue.The wood is very highly figured and is free of any cracks or damage.The bores are excellent.The gun is chambered for 23/4" shellls.The checkering shows a little handling wear which is expected in a gun of this age.The barrels lock up tightly to the action with no looseness or play.The stock dimensions are 141/2" LOP over a 5/8" Old English pad,11/2" at comb,and 23/8" at heel.The engraving is sharp and very well executed.This is a classic early C grade with hard to find 32" barrels.A great pheasant,dove,or turkey gun or a vintager clays buster.C&R eligible.
