Here is a solid 95% + pre 64 in the STD model chambered for the 243 Win. During the production run from 1955-1963 Winchester produced 43618 rifles chambered in this caliber. That made up only 7.5% of their total rifle production and only 6812 rifles were manufactured in the standard rifle the rest were all the featherweight model. That makes this a rare find in the world of Pre64 M70's.
